Trust, Safety and Digital Identity — Simon Newman speaks at the Identity & Access Management Show 2026

ODDA CEO Simon Newman spoke yesterday at the Identity & Access Management Show 2026, hosted by the Institute of Government & Public Policy at CorpAcq Stadium in Greater Manchester. The show brought together security leaders, identity practitioners and technology providers from across government, healthcare, finance, critical infrastructure and enterprise.

In his talk, “Trust, Safety and Digital Identity: Balancing Protection, Privacy and User Experience,” Simon brought the identity and trust conversation directly into the online and discovery space, speaking about how the sector is actively tackling romance fraud, verification and access, and the ongoing work of maintaining user trust.

Making verification a foundational standard across the sector is exactly the direction ODDA wants to see.
