ODA Appoints Jess Alderson as its First Female Chair

The ODA Board is delighted to announce that Jessica Alderson, CEO & Co-Founder of So Syncd, has taken over the role of ODA Chair with immediate effect.  Morgan Cauvin, Head of Government Relations & Policy EMEA of Match Group, will take the role of Deputy Chair having held the position of Chair since February 2021.

Prior to founding So Syncd, Jess was the Head of Research at Workthere and an Equity Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley. She is passionate about promoting meaningful connections through technology, and built the UK Women in Tech team from scratch.

On being appointed ODA Chair, Jessica Alderson said:
