ODDA Responds to European Commission’s First Review of the Digital Markets Act

The Digital Markets Act is a major piece of legislation that seeks to create a fairer and more contestable digital market by regulating large online platforms. With a growing membership across Europe, the ODDA was delighted to respond to the Commission’s first review of the Act, welcoming the early progress that has been made so far, but calling for more to be done to curb the dominance of big tech.
