Chad Reimers – General Manager of Fraud and ID (TransUnion, UK)

Having previously worked for TransUnion in Africa, Chad joined TransUnion in the UK in 2020 as market planning and strategy director, before being appointed as general manager of fraud and ID in 2023. His key responsibilities include go-to-market strategy, pre-sales and consulting activity, development of product roadmaps and strategic plans. Additionally, Chad consolidates industry trends and insights to bring the best of TransUnion’s unique data, solutions and technology to a diversified client base. Prior to TransUnion, Chad worked within Accenture South Africa’s strategy practice in a range of consulting and finance roles in the United Kingdom and Australia. Chad holds an MBA as well as a Bachelor of Commerce/Arts and was recently awarded a Chartered Accountant Fellowship (CAANZ).

Matt Richardson – Senior Fraud Specialist (TransUnion, UK)

With 12-year career spanning fraud prevention solutions, Matt Richardson is a Senior Fraud Specialist at TransUnion UK. For the past 5 years, he has worked with organisations across TransUnion’s FinTech vertical, helping clients to successfully navigate the requirements and challenges of identity verification, AML and fraud prevention. Matt is an advocate for using data alongside technology to improve and enhance digital onboarding journeys, having worked with numerous clients to curate layered fraud prevention solutions that are both secure and friction-right.
